Biography
With a passion for education and a commitment to equipping students with the resources needed for success, Noah earned a master’s and doctoral degree in curriculum and instruction from Liberty University with an emphasis on educational technology. Before joining the Tennessee Reading Research Center (TRRC), he worked as an educator for Sullivan County Public Schools and as a Preventative Health Educator within the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture. At the TRRC, Noah oversees finance and HR operations, ensuring efficient center-wide processes while supervising and supporting student employees.
