Biography
Joy serves as a Project Coordinator for the Tennessee Reading Research Center (TRRC), where she supports research initiatives through project coordination, operational planning, and cross-functional collaboration. She brings a diverse background in project management, human resources, and education, with experience leading complex initiatives, improving organizational processes, and supporting teams across multiple disciplines. Joy holds a bachelor’s degree in education and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is passionate about advancing literacy research and helping create systems that enable meaningful educational outcomes for students across Tennessee.
